We recently obtained an attractively priced loan for a client who is purchasing an existing clinic.

Our process includes:

  • understanding and helping our clients articulate their objectives and vision for the clinic
  • conducting financial analysis, demographic and item number performance analysis
  • supporting clients' decision making process
  • assisting clients in distilling vision and plans to cash flow forecasts
  • submission of credit proposal to several lenders for best fitting quote

Pleasingly, we secured a loan at a high 6% variable rate with Principal and Interest repayment.

Rates continuously change but we are confident of seeking the best fit for our clients.
